Watermelon Queen 2013 - Allyson M. Brake

Allyson Brake is the 19 year old daughter of James and Kristina Brake of Lucama, NC. Allyson is a junior at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations.

She plans to continue her education by going to graduate school to either study agribusiness or agriculture communications. Upon completing her studies, Allyson wants to serve as a Public Relations professional for an agriculture related company helping to educate the public on the enormous impact agriculture has on their daily lives.
